Sliced Fish And Coriander Soup Recipe

Ingredients |
| 750 ml |
Fish Stock |
| 220 g |
White fish fillet |
| 50 g |
Fresh coriandedr leaves |
| 1 tbsp |
Egg white |
| 1 tbsp |
Light soy sauce |
| 2 tsp |
Cornflour |
| - |
Salt and ground black pepper |
Method :
-
Prepare fish fillet by cutting or slicing the
fillet into pieces about the size of a matchbox.

Bring stock to a boil in a wok and poach the
fish slices for approx. 1 minute.

Add the soy sauce and coriander leaves, then
adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.
