Sliced Fish And Coriander Soup Recipe

Ingredients

750 ml Fish Stock
220 g White fish fillet
50 g Fresh coriandedr leaves
1 tbsp Egg white
1 tbsp Light soy sauce
2 tsp Cornflour
- Salt and ground black pepper

 

Method :

  • Prepare fish fillet by cutting or slicing the fillet into pieces about the size of a matchbox.

  • Bring stock to a boil in a wok and poach the fish slices for approx. 1 minute.

  • Add the soy sauce and coriander leaves, then adjust the seasoning and serve immediately.
