Chinese Prawn Fu Yung Recipe

Ingredients |
| 250 g |
Uncooked prawns ( shrimps), peeled |
| 3 eggs |
Beaten, reserving 1 tsp egg white |
| 170 g |
Green peas |
| 4 tbsp |
Vegetable oil |
| 1 tbsp |
Finely chopped spring onions |
| 1 tbsp |
Chinese rice wine |
| 2 tsp |
Cornflour |
| - |
Salt |
Method :
-
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and a few pieces
of the spring onions.

Heat oil in a wok, add egg mixture and stir to
scramble, then remove the scramble eggs and reserve.

Mix prawns with a little salt, cornflour paste
and one teaspoon of egg white.

Stir peas in hot oil, then add the prawns.

Toss in the spring onion and stir-fry for
another minute, then stir the mixture into the scramble egg with a little salt and rice wine
and serve.
