Vietnamese Fermented Anchovy Dip Recipe

How to prepare fermented anchovy dip, Vietnamese style

 

Ingredients

125 ml Water
3 tbsp Fermented anchovy paste or sauce
2 tbsp Pineapple, crushed
2 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 stalk Lemongrass, finely chopped
1 piece Red chili, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, crushed
- Some salt

 

Method :

  • Combine all the ingredients and stir well.

  • Season to taste with pepper and sugar.
