Juice of one lime |
Method :
-
Pound the chilies and garlic in a mortar with a
pestle.

Add peanuts and pound until crushed.

Add coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar
and coriander, mix well.

Serve in a small bowl as an accompaniment.
