Marinade:
2 cloves

Fresh squid, cleaned
Coriander ( cilantro ) leaves
Salt
Garlic, crushed
Peanut oil
Five-spice powder
Curry powder
Lemongrass, finely chopped
Thick soy sauce
Sesame oil
Sugar
Lime juice
Pinch of pepper
Method :
Prepare squids by rubbing salt on it and rinse.
Slit and flatten the squid sac and make diagonal cuts on the inside surface.
Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the marinade ingredients and marinade the squid for at least one hour.
Place squid on a charcoal grill and grill the squid pieces for approx. 2 minutes or until tender.
Arrange on a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fish sauce dip.
Note: This is a versatile marinade, suitable for other types of fish or poultry.
