Peanut Sauce Recipe

How to prepare peanut sauce.

Ingredients

100 g Pork or chicken liver
125 ml Yellow bean sauce
60 ml Coconut milk, half the amount
50 g Ground peanuts
1 tbsp Tamarind juice
1 clove Garlic, finely sliced
2 tsp Vegetable oil
1 tbsp Red chili, finely chopped
1 stem Lemongrass, finely chopped
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt

Method :

  • Saute garlic in vegetable oil until soft, add liver, chili, yellow beans sauce, lemongrass, half the coconut milk, salt, sugar, tamarind juice and peanuts.

  • Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

  • Blend in a food processor and add remaining coconut milk.
