Pork loin, cut into cubes
Garlic, finely chopped
Baby leeks or spring onions, sloced
Fish sauce
Pepper and sugar
Rice noodles, blanched
Carrot and radish pickles
Beansprouts
Cucumbers, finely sliced
Basil leaves
Baby leeks or spring onions, chopped
Peanut sauce
Method :
Combine the marinade ingredients and marinade pork for at least 30 minutes.
Skewer the pork cubes and grill over charcoal, turning frequently so that the pork is cooked evenly and continue basting with the remaining marinade.
Serve with garnish.
