Fish Sauce Dip Recipe

How to prepare Vietnamese fish sauce dip.

Ingredients

60 ml

1 tsp

1 tsp

1 piece

2 cloves

1 tbsp

2 tbsp

Fresh coconut juice or water

Rice vinegar

Sugar

Red chili, finely chopped

Garlic, crushed

Lime juice

Fish sauce

 

Method :

  • Boil coconut juice or water with vinegar and sugar and allow to cool.

  • Combine chili, garlic and lime juice, add to the mixture, and stir in the fish sauce.
