Fresh coconut juice or water
Rice vinegar
Sugar
Red chili, finely chopped
Garlic, crushed
Lime juice
Fish sauce
Method :
Boil coconut juice or water with vinegar and sugar and allow to cool.
Combine chili, garlic and lime juice, add to the mixture, and stir in the fish sauce.
