How to prepare carrot and radish pickles
Ingredients |
| 100 g |
Carrot, julienned |
| 160 g |
Daikon, julienned (giant white radish) |
| 1 tbsp |
Salt |
| 2 tbsp |
Sugar |
| 60 ml |
White vinegar |
Method :
-
Sprinkle carrot and radish with salt and allow
to stand for 10 minutes

Remove excess moisture from the vegetables by
gently pressing a paper towel against it.

Rinse and drain, than in a mixing bowl, combine
sugar and vinegar with the vegetables and marinate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Best serve chilled.
