Carrot And Radish Pickles Recipe

How to prepare carrot and radish pickles

Ingredients

100 g Carrot, julienned
160 g Daikon, julienned (giant white radish)
1 tbsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
60 ml White vinegar

Method :

  • Sprinkle carrot and radish with salt and allow to stand for 10 minutes

  • Remove excess moisture from the vegetables by gently pressing a paper towel against it.

  • Rinse and drain, than in a mixing bowl, combine sugar and vinegar with the vegetables and marinate for at least 3 hours before serving.

  • Best serve chilled.
