Spicy Lamb Curry Recipe

Lamb, cubed
Thick coconut milk
Onion, chopped
Garlic, chopped
Ginger, chopped
Green chilies,
chopped
Lemongrass
Cinnamon stick
Cardamom, crushed
Roasted curry powder
Chili powder
Turmeric powder
Ground pepper
Cooking oil
Large tomatoes,
chopped
Salt to taste |

Method :
-
Saute the onions, garlic, ginger, green chilies,
lemongrass, cinnamon and cardamoms in oil until the onions are golden brown.

Add lamb cubes and stir well to coat, then add
the curry, chili, turmeric powders, pepper and tomatoes.

Cook on medium heat until the meat becomes
tender, then add the thick coconut milk, bring to a boil and allow to simmer a for a moment.

Season with salt and serve on a bowl.
