Method :

In a large pan, bring the stock, rice, long
beans, tapioca, jackfruit seeds and jackfruit pieces to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5
minutes.

Add turmeric, flour, salt, chilies and tamarind
juice and simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes.

Add the fish meat and the fish heat and simmer
for another 10 minutes.

Add the shrimp and cook for another 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
