Vinegar Dipping Sauce Recipe ( Sawsawang Suka )

A favorite sauce to accompany finger-foods ( pulutan ) like crackling pork.

Ingredients :

80 ml

60 ml

3 cloves

1/4 teaspoon

White vinegar

Light soy sauce

Garlic, peeled and crushed

Cayenne powder, grounded

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

• Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
