Sweet And Sour Dipping Sauce Recipe

A favorite sauce to accompany finger-foods ( pulutan ) like crackling pork and fried egg rolls

Ingredients :

750 ml

125 ml

80 g

1 teaspoon

2 tablespoons

Water

Tomato ketchup

Sugar

Salt

Cornstarch, dissolved in 4 tablespoons of water

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce - optional

• Combine all the ingredients

• Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
