Mix all the ingredients together and serve in a salad bowl. Serves two.
To make salted eggs:
Heat saucepan with enough water and add 3/4 cup of salt to cover approx
a dozen eggs in its shell
Boil for 2 minutes then transfer the eggs to sterilized jars and add
salted water. Cover and leave for approx 6 weeks. Hard cook the eggs
before using.
