Filipino Stuffed Crab Recipe

Ingredients :

Medium sized native crabs. Can be substituted rock crabs or blue crabs.

Pork, grounded

Onions, finely minced

Garlic, finely minced

Cooking oil

Eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

Method :
  • Steam the crabs, remove shells and flake the meat. Do not remove the claws and legs

  • Mix crabmeat, ground pork, onions, garlic, 1 egg, salt and pepper.

  • Return the mixture to the shells

  • Beat the other egg and dip the crab shells into the beaten egg

  • Fry in medium heat till overall golden brown appearance shows
