Filipino Stuffed Crab

Medium sized native crabs. Can be substituted rock crabs or blue crabs.
Pork, grounded
Onions, finely minced
Garlic, finely minced
Cooking oil
Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Method :

Steam the crabs, remove shells and flake the meat. Do not remove the
claws and legs

Mix crabmeat, ground pork, onions, garlic, 1 egg, salt and pepper.

Return the mixture to the shells

Beat the other egg and dip the crab shells into the beaten egg

Fry in medium heat till overall golden brown appearance shows
