Heat wok with 2 tablespoons of oil over medium flame. Gently fry
beancurd cubs on both sides until lightly browned and set aside.
With remaining oil in the wok, add
garlic and sugar and cook till sugar turns light caramel. Qiuckly add
all ingredients for the sauce and bring to boil
Put in the pork belly pieces and let it
simmer uncovered over low heat for approx. for 25 minutes
Add eggs and let it simmer for another
10 minutes
Finally add in the fried beancurd pieces
and let it simmer for another 5 minutes
