Noodle Soup With Vegetables Recipe - Galguksu

This easy-to-prepare dish makes for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients :

Sauce:

1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

2 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

 

Beef stock

Fresh wheat noodles

Small potato, peeled and diced

Zucchini (courgette), peeled and julienned

Small clams

 

Salt to taste

Chili flakes to serve

 

 

Soy sauce

Beef Stock

Ginger, minced

Chopped scallion (spring onions)

Sesame oil

Fried sesame seeds

 

 

 

Method :

 

  • To prepare sauce, combine all the sauce ingredients then transfer to a sauce dish and set aside

  • Heat up stock and add potatoes and simmer till potatoes are tender, then add zucchini and clams. Simmer for 10 minutes than add salt if desired.

  • Plunge fresh noodles into boiling water and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.

  • Drain noodles and divide among 4 noodle bowls.

  • Add soup and vegetables to the bowls containing the noodles and serve hot with chili flakes together with the sauce.
