Flower crab
Clams, scrubbed clean
Korean chili paste
Water
Garlic, smashed and chopped
Leek, sliced (white part only)
Red
bell pepper (capsicum)
Green bell pepper (capsicum)
Scallions (spring onions) sliced
Chili flakes
Coriander (cilantro) leaves, chopped

Method :

To prepare crabs. Remove back of crabs, wash and discard spongy matter.
Cut each crab into 4 pieces, cracking the claws with a cleaver and set
aside.

Simmer clams in hot water until they just begin to open. Set aside.

In a saucepan, add water, salt and chili paste and bring to a boil, then
cover, lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the crabs and clams and simmer with the saucepan uncovered for
approx 5 minutes.

Add garlic, bell pepper, leek, chili flakes and scallions. Simmer until
crabs are cooked.

Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve with rice and other dishes.
