can be added to the soup such as small cubes of beancurd, shrimp, clams,
diced fish, sliced scallion, wakame seaweed, mushrooms, carrots etc.
Ingredients :

Basic
dashi stock
Light soy sauce
Salt
Sake |
Method :
- Put in the stock, soy sauce and salt
into a saucepan and heat until it comes almost to a boil.
- Remove from the heat immediately and
add the sake.
