Japanese Clear Soup Recipe - Suiji

 RECIPES OF JAPAN

A variety of ingredients can be added to the soup such as small cubes of beancurd, shrimp, clams, diced fish, sliced scallion, wakame seaweed, mushrooms, carrots etc.

Ingredients :

600 ml

1 tsp

1 tsp

1/2 tsp

Basic dashi stock

Light soy sauce

Salt

Sake

 

 

 

Method :
  • Put in the stock, soy sauce and salt into a saucepan and heat until it comes almost to a boil.
  • Remove from the heat immediately and add the sake.
