How to prepare dengaku miso

Ingredients :

500 g

100 ml

100 ml

3 tbsp

Red or white miso

Sake

Mirin

Sugar

 

 

 

Method :
  • Put all the ingredients into a saucepan, preferably non-stick.
  • Heat slowly, stirring from time to time.
  • When start to boil, reduce heat to a minimum and cook, stirring from time to time for 20 mins.
  • Cool and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
