                      Stir-Fried Garlic Pork Recipe

Ingredients :

500g

1 tablespoon

Seasoning

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

1/2 tablespoon

 

 

Sauce

1 teaspoon

1/2 tablespoon

1/2 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon

Pork fillet, thinly sliced

Oil for deep frying

Chili oil

Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cloves of garlic, minced or sliced

 

 

Oil to be added before cooking

Cornflour

Black peppercorns, lightly crushed

Light soya sauce

A pinch of Five Spice Powder

 

 

Oyster sauce

Light soya sauce

Thick soya sauce

Sugar

Method :
  • Marinate the sliced pork with seasoning ingredients above for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.

  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent pork slices from sticking to one another

  • Heat oil to a high degree, then add marinated pork and stir lightly for one minute to separate the meat. Drain and set aside.

  • Remove the oil and add in the chili-oil. Heat till hot and lightly brown the garlic.

  • Pour in the combined sauce ingredients, then add in pork and continue to stir-fry for another 1 - 2 minutes until sauce to rather dry.

  • Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
