Shrimp And Bamboo Shoot Salad Recipe

| 320 g |
Canned bamboo shoots |
| 250 g |
Shrimps |
| 3 stalks |
Shallots |
| 2 pieces |
Green chilies |
| 2 pieces |
Fresh red chilies |
| - |
Lemon juice |
| - |
White pepper |
| - |
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped |
| - |
Salt |
Method :
- Drain bamboo and slice thinly, then cut into matchstick
pieces.
- Cook shrimps in boiling water for approx. 5 minutes, cool,
then peel.
- Thinly slice shallots and chilies.
- Put bamboo shoots, shrimps, onions and chilies into a large
salad bowl, add salt, white pepper and lemon juice to taste and garnished with the chopped
coriander.
