Shrimp And Bamboo Shoot Salad Recipe

Ingredients :

320 g Canned bamboo shoots
250 g Shrimps
3 stalks Shallots
2 pieces Green chilies
2 pieces Fresh red chilies
- Lemon juice
- White pepper
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt

 

Method :

  • Drain bamboo and slice thinly, then cut into matchstick pieces.
  • Cook shrimps in boiling water for approx. 5 minutes, cool, then peel.
  • Thinly slice shallots and chilies.
  • Put bamboo shoots, shrimps, onions and chilies into a large salad bowl, add salt, white pepper and lemon juice to taste and garnished with the chopped coriander.
