RECIPES OF BURMA
Ingredients :
600g
2 - 3 cloves
1 liter
1/2 cup
1 - 2 tablespoon
Pumpkin, peeled seeded and cubed
Garlic, coarsely chopped
Chicken stock
Thai basil, (horapa leaves)
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in pan or wok and saute garlic till fragrant
Add chicken stock and pumpkin and bring a boil, then cover and simmer for another 20 minutes or until pumpkin is soft.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with freshly chopped basil leaves just before serving.
