| 500g |
Chicken tenderloins, halved lengthwise |

Cornflakes |
| 125ml |
Teriyaki sauce |
| 2 cloves |
Garlic, crushed |
| 3 tbsp |
Sesame seeds |
| 1 tbsp |
Honey |
| 2 tsp |
Grated fresh ginger |
| 1 tsp |
Sesame oil |
- Preheat oven to 2000C / 4000F / Gas 6.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, ginger, teriyaki sauce,
honey and sesame oil with the chicken tenderloin, then toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate
until needed.
- Place cornflakes in a plastic bag and crushed roughly with
your hands and add the sesame seeds.
- Drain the chicken, discarding any marinade, and place in the
bag with the cornflakes. Shake well to ensure an even coat.
- Transfer chicken onto a well greased baking tray and bake
for approx. 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cook through and golden brown. No need to
turn the pieces during cooking.
- Serve hot with mayonnaise or sweet chili
dipping sauce.
