Prepare marinade by combining all the marinade
ingredients in a bowl, set aside.
Prepare chicken by slicing the meat into twelve
thin slices. Marinate with the above for approx. 30 minutes.
For the filling, combine all the filling
ingredients together in a large bowl. Work with your hands to ensure the filling are
thoroughly mix and set aside in a refrigerator for approx. 30 minutes.
Spread out the chicken slices and place a
teaspoonful of the filling in the center of each slice and roll up.
Dip chicken rolls in beaten egg and coat with
flour.
Deep-fry the rolls in batches until golden
brown.
Serve in a shallow plate and garnish with
lettuce.
