Ingredient:
Use the remaining dough from the moon cake dough pastry.
Method:
2. Add
a little more flour to the dough, if necessary, then divide dough into small equal
portions.
3. Use dough to wrap small amount of durian filling.
4. Press
dough into figurine moulds dusted lightly with flour.
5. Knock out the figurine moon cakes,
6. Arrange
on greased trays and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven.
8.
After a minute, brush biscuits with egg glaze.
9. Return
to bake for another 4 minutes or till they turn golden brown |
