Baked Creamy Maize Pudding With Sago Recipe

Large can of maize |
| 5 |
Medium eggs |
| 600g |
Fresh milk |
| 400g |
Sago |
| 300g |
Fine sugar |
| 200g |
Custard powder |
| 200g |
Fresh cream |
| 80g |
Corn flour |
| 80g |
Butter |
| 40g |
Milk powder |
| 1 piece |
Gelatin |
Method :
-
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and
mix well.

Gently pour the mixture into 6 smaller bowls or
containers.

Preheat oven to 2000C.

Put into oven and allow to bake for five
minutes.

Serve piping hot.
