Baked Creamy Maize Pudding With Sago Recipe

Oven baked and served piping hot, this sweet and creamy dessert makes a fantastic choice especially after a spicy curry meal.

 

Ingredients

1 Large can of maize
5 Medium eggs
600g Fresh milk
400g Sago
300g Fine sugar
200g Custard powder
200g Fresh cream
80g Corn flour
80g Butter
40g Milk powder
1 piece Gelatin

 

Method :

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  • Gently pour the mixture into 6 smaller bowls or containers.

  • Preheat oven to 2000C.

  • Put into oven and allow to bake for five minutes.

  • Serve piping hot.
