Use medium-size spring roll
wrappers. These are easily found in the freezer cabinet in Asian or Chinese
stores. Remember to thaw them before use. For the filling, use ingredients such
as bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and dried mushrooms, with
chopped prawns or finely minced pork. When you have prepared the rolls, deep-fry
them a few at a time in hot oil for 2 - 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
